How do I receive my code?
Once your purchase is complete, your Premium code in the SKLM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format is sent to your email address. Just enter it in the "Activate your code" section on this page — no account or sign-up required.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you haven't activated your code yet, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Activated codes are not eligible for refunds; if you have questions, reach us through our contact page.
How does the Time Capsule work?
Your note is encrypted before it leaves your browser, as always. The server withholds the encrypted content from everyone until the opening date you set — even someone holding the link cannot open the note early. When the date arrives, the note opens normally with the same link.
Are Premium notes just as secure?
Yes. Premium does not change the security model: encryption happens entirely in your browser with AES-GCM 256-bit, the decryption key travels in the # part of the link, and it is never sent to the server. Our servers only ever hold meaningless encrypted data.
What happens when my Premium expires?
Notes you have already created are not affected; each note is kept for the full lifetime you chose when creating it. After your subscription ends, you simply can't create new Premium notes (long lifetimes, Time Capsules, larger sizes) — and you can reactivate any time with a new code.
