Response time

We try to respond to all messages as quickly as possible. Data protection requests are answered within 30 days at the latest, as required by law.

An important reminder

Secret Note contents are end-to-end encrypted and never exist in readable form on our servers. This means it is technically impossible for us to recover lost links or notes that have already been read; unfortunately, we cannot help with such requests.

We recommend sharing personal data in your email only to the extent necessary.
